1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between Sansa Group AB, a Swedish company operating Showmesh through its Sansa Vision division, and the person or entity accepting them (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). Sansa Vision is an operating brand and is not a separate contracting entity. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. If you use Showmesh for an organization, that organization is the Customer and you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.
2. The service
Showmesh provides tools to capture authorized product surfaces, create and publish interactive product experiences, replay and monitor approved workflows, analyze viewer events, and generate or recommend content using configured automation and AI services. Features may vary by plan, region, product stage, and technical availability. Beta, preview, experimental, or working-name features may change or be discontinued.
3. Accounts and access
- Provide accurate account and workspace information and keep it current.
- Protect magic links, one-time codes, API keys, session tokens, and connected accounts.
- Assign the minimum role each member needs and promptly revoke unnecessary access.
- Notify us at security@sansavision.com of suspected unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for activity under your accounts except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms.
4. Authorized capture and acceptable use
You may capture, automate, clone, replay, or analyze only applications, accounts, pages, and content that you own or are authorized to use for that purpose. You must respect contractual restrictions, access controls, confidentiality obligations, intellectual-property rights, privacy laws, and applicable computer-misuse laws.
You may not use Showmesh to:
- circumvent authentication, paywalls, technical protections, robots rules where legally binding, or access restrictions;
- purchase, delete, publish, invite, change permissions, send external messages, or perform another destructive or externally consequential browser action without proper authorization and configured confirmation;
- collect credentials, payment data, health data, government identifiers, children’s data, or other sensitive data unless your use is lawful, necessary, contractually permitted, and protected by an appropriate plan and configuration;
- introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, conduct denial-of-service activity, probe other tenants, or interfere with the service;
- use the service for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, deceptive impersonation, spam, phishing, or infringement;
- submit content that instructs an automated system to ignore Showmesh’s safety or workspace policies;
- resell access except through an approved partner agreement.
5. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you submit, capture, upload, generate, or publish through Showmesh (“Customer Content”). You grant Sansa Group AB a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, render, modify for technical formatting, and otherwise use Customer Content only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as permitted by the agreement.
You represent that you have all rights, notices, consents, and lawful bases needed for Customer Content and the processing you instruct. You are responsible for claims, statements, disclosures, and calls to action in published experiences. AI-generated work must be reviewed before publication.
6. Published experiences and viewers
You control whether an experience is public, embedded, gated, password protected, domain restricted, expiring, or limited by token. You are responsible for configuring access appropriate to the content. Public links may be shared by recipients. Showmesh may suspend or route an unhealthy published experience to its configured fallback when necessary to protect viewers or service integrity.
7. AI and automated actions
AI features may generate route plans, copy, translations, summaries, hypotheses, candidate repairs, or responses based on approved sources. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and do not replace professional judgment. You must validate outputs for your use case, especially legal, security, financial, medical, employment, and externally visible product claims.
Showmesh separates suggestions from policy-controlled application. Unless you deliberately enable an applicable automation level, generated changes require human approval. Deterministic checks—not model prose—decide replay outcomes. We may enforce task budgets, provider restrictions, timeouts, and safety policies.
8. Privacy and data processing
Our Privacy Policy describes processing for which we act as controller. When we process personal data on your behalf, the Data Processing Addendum applies if required by law. You are responsible for your viewer-facing privacy notices, consent configuration, data minimization, retention settings, and responses to individuals.
9. Fees, plans, Merchant of Record, and taxes
Paid plans are billed in advance at the interval shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where the order form, these Terms, or law requires otherwise. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Usage dimensions, weighted AI credits, browser minutes, storage, hard caps, and included limits are defined on the pricing page or order form. We will not disable an already published experience solely because an optional AI quota is exhausted; unpaid, over-limit, unlawful, or abusive use may be restricted.
Paid self-serve purchases are offered only through Stripe Managed Payments, where Link is identified as merchant of record and handles applicable indirect-tax calculation, collection, filing, and remittance under its terms. If Stripe does not confirm Managed Payments for a transaction, Showmesh will not open Checkout or provision paid entitlements. We do not offer a direct-payment fallback that would make Sansa Group AB the merchant of record. This allocation does not remove either party’s own income, payroll, or other taxes unrelated to the transaction. We will give reasonable notice of material price changes for an existing subscription.
10. Free and beta services
Free, trial, beta, preview, and experimental services are provided for evaluation, may have lower limits, and may be changed or discontinued with less notice. We may delete inactive free workspaces after reasonable notice and an export opportunity. Production-critical reliance on a beta capability is at your risk.
11. Intellectual property
Sansa Group AB and its licensors retain all rights in Showmesh, its software, visual system, documentation, product metrics, and service-generated operational data, excluding Customer Content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment, but we will not identify you as its source without permission.
12. Third-party services
Integrations, payment services, AI providers, customer applications, and third-party content are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control. Enabling an integration instructs us to exchange the configured data with that provider.
13. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other party’s non-public information using reasonable care and use it only to perform the agreement. Confidential information excludes information lawfully known without restriction, independently developed, publicly available without breach, or lawfully received from a third party. A party may disclose information when legally required after giving notice where permitted.
14. Security
We maintain reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. You must use available security controls and avoid uploading production secrets or uncontrolled sensitive data. Security documentation describes current controls and is not a warranty that incidents cannot occur.
15. Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated. We may suspend access for security risk, unlawful use, material breach, nonpayment, or harm to the service or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and a chance to cure. Either party may terminate for an uncured material breach after 30 days’ written notice, or immediately for insolvency where legally permitted.
After termination, access ends and Customer Content will be deleted according to the applicable retention and recovery periods. You should export needed content before termination. Sections that by nature should survive—including fees owed, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms—survive.
16. Warranties and disclaimers
We warrant that paid services will materially conform to their documentation and that we will not materially reduce core security safeguards during a subscription without notice. Your exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty is re-performance or, if we cannot cure, termination and a prorated refund of prepaid unused fees.
Except for express warranties and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that generated content, analytics, recommendations, attribution, repairs, or captured third-party applications are accurate or suitable for your decisions.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from the agreement, even if advised of the possibility. Each party’s aggregate liability arising from the agreement will not exceed amounts paid or payable by Customer for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability. For free services, the cap is USD 100.
These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to fraud, willful misconduct, infringement or misappropriation of the other party’s intellectual property, Customer’s payment obligations, or liability that cannot legally be limited. An enterprise order may state different negotiated limits.
18. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Sansa Group AB from third-party claims arising from Customer Content, unlawful or unauthorized capture, your published experiences, or your material violation of acceptable-use obligations. We will defend and indemnify you from third-party claims that the unmodified paid service infringes a patent, copyright, or trademark, subject to customary exclusions and remedies. The indemnified party must promptly notify, provide reasonable cooperation, and allow the indemnifying party to control the defense without accepting an admission or non-monetary obligation for the indemnified party without consent.
19. Governing law and disputes
The governing law and courts are those stated in your order form. If no order form specifies them, Swedish law governs without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the competent courts of Sweden have exclusive jurisdiction, with Stockholm District Court as first instance where permitted, except either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in a competent court. Mandatory consumer protections, if any apply despite the business nature of the service, remain unaffected.
20. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, or product reasons. Material changes apply on renewal or 30 days after notice, unless immediate application is required by law or to address abuse. If you object, you may stop using the service before the change takes effect.
Neither party may assign the agreement without consent, except to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of substantially all relevant assets, provided the assignee assumes the obligations. We may use subcontractors but remain responsible for our obligations. Notices may be electronic. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. These Terms, the DPA, order form, and incorporated policies are the complete agreement and control in that order if they conflict.
